Regarding the story that appeared in The Review of Sunday, April 6 I make the following points, considering able to reply.
I am one of the two Socialist councilors signed the complaint referred to by the media regarding the forgery not by the Deputy Mayor JA Blasco and Miguel Castillo Town Clerk.
With regard to the news I point out:
We have never claimed that JA Blasco or the Town Clerk have falsified any documents.
The article was poorly written by the media and JA Blasco not been corrected because in this way is blamed, in some way to the signers of the petition and in turn said that the City Council Abanilla no corruption.
As spokesperson for the Socialist Municipal Group in writing to the mayor requested the delivery of the document acknowledged that the engineer José Enrique Pérez González had recognized the support by the City of Murcia to perform a second function in the city of Abanilla.
The Town Clerk presented Abanilla JA Blasco for his signature, a letter which is attached a certificate signed by the secretary of the City of Murcia where he relates a series of works for which the engineer José Enrique Pérez González would recognition of that support.
The letter we sent it to the Municipal Group Socialist deputy mayor JA.
Blasco.
The certification signed by the secretary of the City of Murcia offered serious doubts about the veracity of what he claimed, among other things, because there was no reference to what was approved in plenary session compatibility.
I, as a councilor I've been Abanilla City Council, I know who approved the compatibility, as we have in our City Council voted and this has given credence to our secretary.
Is the full City Council, and no more than this body, who authorizes these compatibilities.
Apparently JA Blasco, with many more years than I as a councilman, and county clerk, as a coach, never imagined that they could be sending us could be wrong.
When in doubt on our part, we asked the council members of the PSOE in Murcia that they might seek the listing of Murcia City officials acknowledged that they had support for the performance of other activity outside the Town Hall.
This list does not appear the engineer drafter General Urban Plan of Abanilla José Enrique Pérez González.
As spokesperson for the Socialist Municipal Group in that period, I sent, along with another partner, a letter to the court documenting all statements I made here and are available to any citizen who wants to check.
Was the prosecutor who, after studying the case, it considered necessary to obtain further information and then call the acting mayor JA Blasco and Secretary of our City Hall to testify.
As a councilor of the opposition have done my duty: report facts which I considered would be an offense.
JA Blasco not reported to either the town clerk so that we will not apologize to anybody.
From the facts stated it appears that we have not slandered anyone.
JA Blasco is removed from the sleeve so that we slandered because, among other things, is a master at practicing victimhood.
I hope that his image, Blasco JA, remain intact even after leaving office "for personal and professional reasons."
Also the mayor's ... will be good for Abanilla.
JA González
