The managing director of the IMAS, Fernando Mateo, today visited the residence of Altavida accompanied by the CEO of People with Disabilities IMAS, John Brown, and the CEO of Older IMAS, Enrique Perez, as well as professional This center and the diagram Foundation.
Of the total number of residential places, 74 are elderly, 36 for people with mental illness and six people with physical illness.
The goal, said Matthew, "is to offer all users a comprehensive care to all its users preserving or promoting its level of autonomy."
Matthew noted that "although the center pays attention to two groups, the elderly and the physically and mentally ill, facilities establish a proper distribution of spaces following the policy of IMAS."
