The Governing Council has authorized the Murciano Institute for Social Action (IMAS) to allocate an amount of 2,896,640 euros for hiring, May 2015, 124 residential care places for people with mental illness in the municipalities of Abanilla and archena.
Of the total seats, 86 are located in the town of Abanilla.
Of these, 50, amounting to 1,168,000 euros, will be contracted with the Santa Ana residence and 36, amounting to 840,960 euros, with Altavida residence.
In Murcia, the total capacity amounts to 38, for an amount of 887 680 euros.
In this case, they are located in the residence Foundation manages the diagram in this location.
Thus, the IMAS promotes care for people with mental illness who need comprehensive services to perform daily activities, for various reasons, can not receive in their social and family environment.
