The Socialist Party held Abanilla on Sunday 3 June an extraordinary Assembly, which chose a new local executive committee in the process of renewal of local groups in the region.
Attended only one nomination, led by Maria Jose Atienza Gaona, Organizing Secretary of the outgoing executive.
Atienza thus becomes the referent of socialism in Abanilla as his new position as Secretary General of the Association spokesmen municipal sum has been playing for some months.
In the new executive, backed by 100% of the votes cast, will also Lina Tenza, Francisco José Esteve and historic socialist activist Antonio Rubira Durendez, who will remain chairman of the party in the municipality.
This new executive order is marked as the gradual renewal of the Partnership and the maintenance of the political line followed in this term by the socialist municipal group.
Atienza noted that face this new stage "excited by the support of my colleagues and convinced that Abanilla need a reference, a real alternative to 25 years of misrule of the PP who have left the town in ruins, with the highest taxes in the Region of Murcia, with suffocating debt, and surrounded by trash. "
He also took the opportunity to "invite all the neighbors of the people to join a serious project and consistent arrives Abanilla much-needed change."
