The Governing Council on a proposal from the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, has given its approval to an expenditure of 435,568 euros for recruitment until the end of the year, 33 residential places for people with mental illness in the municipality of Abanilla.
This investment is in addition to that approved on 16 March by the regional government, for a total of 6.9 million for the hiring of 622 different places in day centers in the region aimed at people with intellectual disabilities in the municipalities of Murcia, Cartagena, Lorca, Mula and Eagles.
Moreover, in the last meeting of regional government authorized another 2.4 million in residential places and day centers for the care of people with intellectual disabilities and pervasive developmental disorders autism spectrum in the municipality of Murcia.
