The Cabinet has given its approval to the extension of the management contract between the Community, through the Ministry of the Presidency, and the diagram Psychosocial Intervention Foundation, worth 1,203,456 euros, to provide the public service delivery and development of legal measures in detention.
With the hiring contract is funded 14 places in the center 'La Zarza' Abanilla intended for children subject to court action and the development of a set of programs for children resident in the center with the goal of favors its full reintegration into society and enable, while forming part of the workplace.
Thus, the fundamental lines of action with young people entering the school will develop training activities, psychosocial support to help them achieve their social reintegration, and inclusion in the workplace.
The center ensures the accommodation and food to children, and the provision of medical care and nursing, counseling, social services, security, cleaning and laundry.
With this extension will be extended 12 months, through December 31, 2014, the contract signed in December 2008, which provides for the possibility of extension for annuities by agreement of the parties up to 8 years.
